DAN HILVERT
Dan is a commercial and strategic adviser in the health and financial service sectors with nearly 20 years experience, including with Hilvert Advisory, Medibank, ANZ Investment Bank and Colonial Group.
Previously Dan ran Medibank’s Corporate Development function and was actively involved in a series of investments and acquisitions that transformed the organisation from ‘passive health insurer’ into ‘active healthcare player’.
Dan then founded Medibank’s telehealth business, ‘Anywhere Healthcare’, which delivers specialist consultations to GPs and patients in rural areas and was subsequently acquired by Telstra Health.
Dan founded Hilvert Advisory to provide Strategic Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions and early-stage Equity Raising services to the Healthcare sector. He has worked with Conquest Capital on multiple transactions.
He has advised clients in aged care, private health insurance, telehealth, disability, home care, clinical practice and public hospitals.
